Michael Norman, known professionally as Micl Snr, is a South African filmmaker, film director, and actor whose work includes film and music artist promotion.
Early life[edit]
Michael Norman was born to African parents on 13 July 1978.
Career[edit]
As an entrepreneur he began his production company promoting music artists such as South African Band Tumi and the Volume, SA rapper 'Reason', Black Pearl and the veteran Cape Town DJ, Ready D. Norman's career began with the founding of the Destiny Entertainment company, which later rebranded to Entertainment Warehouse Company (EWH). Micl Snr began building recording studios and producing live streams for artist such as Idris Elba,[1] and later founded MiclnGrace Studios in 2015, where he is the founder, director, actor, and writer of most of its films.[2]
He is known for his award-winning short film Project X Marks the Spot.[3]
