Encyc.org will try its best to keep personal information confidential. We will respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process.

Encyc users are free to use pseudonyms or their real names, whichever they are more comfortable with.

No user shall divulge personal information about another user without express written permission.

Encyc does not have the Checkuser extension installed and no one at Encyc looks at IP addresses.
