Biography policy
- Anyone dead more than twenty years is fair game for a biography
- Anyone dead less than that time, or who is alive, should not have a biography on Encyc, unless they are famous enough for a biography in a paper encyclopaedia
- Exceptions: heads of state and government, Jimmy Wales, and pseudonyms
Administrators are authorized to remove personal information when they find it. Posting real names, telephone numbers, or addresses of individuals is grounds for blocking under the "threatening/harassment" option. Note that this site has very few administrators and we are not guaranteeing that we will find everything.
