Initially he got his name from ''Spore Tactics'', a favorite piece of artwork by a friend; he later dropped the "e" from the word to balance the arrangement of letters when displayed in a graffiti style. A school friend introduced Spor to drum and bass music and he began experimenting with software to create his own music. 

Spor attracted attention from some known artists in the scene, and secured a deal with one important label in industry, [[Renegade Hardware]]. A lot of his material was released through this label, and soon Spor began DJing sets. Spor has since been touring around the world to play his music at clubs. After a successful partnership with [[Renegade Hardware]] and [[Barcode Recordings]], and releases with [[Teebee]]'s [[Subtitles Recordings]], Spor and his friend Chris Renegade from Renegade Hardware launched a new label, [[Lifted Music]], with the help of producers [[Apex (artist)|Apex]], [[Evol Intent]] and [[Ewun]]. 

A two track [[Extended Play|EP]] has been released under [[Deadmau5]]'s label, mau5trap, along with a track on [[Noisia]]'s label as well.
